Test report in Ukraine is a document containing the necessary information about the test object, the methods used, means and conditions of testing, test results, as well as a conclusion on the test results, drawn up in the prescribed manner.

According to NKRZI decision "On Approval The procedure for conducting acceptance tests of radio electronic equipment and emitting devices at the place of operation "of 26.07.2007 N 854 based on Law of Ukraine "On radio frequency resource of Ukraine" (Attention! This Law will be suspended on 01.01.2022 due to the entry into force of a new of the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Communications" 1089-IX dated 01.01.2022 )

Prototypes (batches) and products of serial, mass and single production are subject to testing. A prototype or an experimental batch is subjected to preliminary and acceptance tests (checks) according to specially developed programs.

Preliminary tests are carried out to determine the compliance of products with the terms of reference, the requirements of standards, technical documentation and to decide whether it is possible to submit them for acceptance tests.

Acceptance tests are carried out in order to: determine the compliance of products with the terms of reference, the requirements of standards and technical documentation, and assess the technical level; determining the possibility of putting products into production; development of recommendations for establishing the category of quality and compliance with technical regulations.

European test reports have a similar structure and basically have the same directives, but usually have more extended parameters in their content and cover more norms and standards. Europrotocols are drawn up as a rule in English, but can be drawn up in any international language at the request of the customer or the conformity assessment body.

Test report is an official document issued by accredited center or laboratory and contains information about the results of the tests. Tests are carried out using various technical means and measuring instruments, suitably checked or calibrated.

The objective of testing is to assess the ability of a product (product) to implement and meet the expected requirements and functions under certain conditions, by obtaining objective characteristics by research methods.

Tests are carried out in accordance with standardized or appropriately agreed test procedures.

In the future, based on this protocol, certificate of conformity

Do not forget that according to clause 2.11 and clause 2.12 The procedure for providing conclusions regarding electromagnetic compatibility and permits for the operation of radio electronic equipment and emitting devices , in order to practically determine the ways to ensure electromagnetic compatibility for the applicant , with his consent, may be given the opportunity to organize and conduct field trials or test trials.

We want to draw your attention to some aspects:

  1. Tests are organized and conducted in accordance with The procedure for conducting acceptance tests of radio electronic equipment and emitting devices at the place of operation ;
  2. The financial costs of organizing and conducting field trials or test trials (possible financial risks in case of negative results) are borne by the applicant;
  3. The decision to issue a permit for operation is made by the UCRF solely on the basis of positive results of field tests or test tests, subject to the presence of a report of field tests or test tests, which is signed without objection by authorized representatives of all parties involved, indicated in the special conditions of the conclusion regarding EMC;
  4. Adjustment of the radiation parameter of radio equipment during field tests or test tests provides for the need to prepare a new conclusion regarding EMC at the appropriate request of the owner of the radio electronic device (radiating device).
